Account and password · 账户与密码
Use “Forgot password?” on the Account screen to receive a six-digit code. The code expires after 10 minutes.

Sound · 声音
Check that sound is enabled in the activity toolbar and that the device volume is turned up.

Private family album · 私人家庭相册
The album requires both a signed-in family account and the separate family password. Lock the album when you finish viewing it.
相册需要先登录家庭账户，再输入独立的家庭密码。查看完毕后请点击“锁定相册”。
Privacy and account deletion · 隐私与账户删除
Read the Privacy Policy. A signed-in grown-up can permanently delete the account from the Account screen.
